A Touch of Sparkle Rosé is produced via the carbonation method. Grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed in 2023. Chapel Down A Touch of Sparkle wines goes through cool fermentation in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation. This helps to retain freshness of this style.
